SYSTEM MAINTENANCE
The Information Technology Department has scheduled preventative maintenance on the following dates for the 2011-12 school year: Sept. 10, Oct. 1, Nov. 5, Dec. 3, Jan. 7, Feb. 4, March 3, April 7, May 5 and June 2. All district computer systems may be unavailable on this date from 12 a.m. until 11:59 p.m. Please note: This includes staff e-mail, Zangle (Front Office, Teacher Connect, Parent/Student Connect, IFAS, Moodle, ASD One Place, ASD Google apps, ASDTube, SubFinder, Applitrack and any other computer systems that operate on the district network. The Internet may not be accessible within the district on these dates. A notice regarding the system(s) impacted on a specific date will be sent to all users via district email on the Thursday preceding the preventative maintenance date. |
